How long will it take to get my order?
All retail orders we receive Monday through Friday are baked and shipped within 5-7 days of receiving the order. Orders can be shipped sooner than this timeframe. We use this as a safety margin depending on how many orders we receive at once. Please keep in mind everything is baked to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products.
Please keep in mind during holidays & due to Covid-19 orders may take longer to dispatch than usual. Once an item has shipped, Pawfect Bakery is not responsible for any delays in shipping that are out of our hands.

How can I track my delivery?
A: Once your order ships, you'll automatically be provided with a tracking number via the email you provided during checkout. If you need further information, or to customize your delivery, we HIGHLY recommend UPS's My Choice, or using USPS's Informed Delivery feature.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
Typically we use USPS. Occasionally when packages are large we opt for UPS.
What if my package arrives broken?
A: If you believe your parcel was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Please retain the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the cost of the item and postage from the shipping company.
My biscuits/cookies arrived broken, can you send me a new package?
A: We take extra care when packaging your baked treats, but we can't guarantee that the courier won't toss them around. Broken cookies are unable to be refunded or replaced. If the entire package has been tampered with, please contact us with the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the cost of the items and postage from the shipping company.
